Evan Hope speaks at a press conference with Senator Liz Brater, Senator Gilda Jacobs and other local election officials to support their No Excuses Voting initiative that would make voting convenient and accessible for all Michigan residents. The effort centers on the passage of Senate Bill 12, a plan that would allow everyone of voting age and eligibility to vote by absentee ballot if they choose.

As Delhi Township's first Certified Municipal Clerk, I am committed to providing you and the Township with the best possible service.

Delhi Township has grown and changed in the 10 years since I first became Clerk, and I am proud that under my leadership, the Clerk's office has led the township in implementing technological advances.  I put into place a document-imaging system that puts township records at employees' fingertips, which saves time and money.  I also introduced the township website, which I designed and continue to maintain.  This valued public resource makes information about township services easy to access. 

Most recently, I introduced "DelHi Neighbor!", a quarterly Township newsletter to help keep residents informed of what's happening in the Township.

I am involved in the community, organizing mock elections at schools to educate young people about the political process.

My record shows that by tightening the belt, I have saved your tax dollars and the Clerk's office is doing more with less.
